Why We Developed VYSRE
Although many companies are using this technology to help improve people’s mood and anxiety, the capabilities are still limiting, these devices are messy, and the risk of side effects is still apparent, such as skin burns. Because of the limitations currently in the market, we created VYSRE to be the next evolutionary step forward in the design and application of electrical current on brain enhancement.

CHUNG TRINH
CEO & Co-founder
Chung is a medical and technology entrepreneur with interests in health care delivery models, brain stimulation and neuromodulation technology, and SaaS and SaMD development. With a background in clinical research, medical education, and business development, he brings a unique and creative approach to new product development.

Personally, he is passionate about community mental health, leading him to launch a nonprofit health care delivery organization geared toward advancing new solutions to address the rising mental health crisis, especially amongst youth health.
MATT HAMEL
CTO & Co-founder
Matt is manufacturing and development engineer focused on creating innovative technologies for the medical and mental health field. With an extensive background in electrical engineering, biomedical and electrical manufacturing, biomedical and electrical quality systems development.

JAMES HUIE
General Counsel
James is a corporate and securities partner in Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. He advises life sciences and technology companies on general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, strategic partnerships, and private equity and debt financings. He also has extensive experience in representing venture capital firms and other investors in private equity and debt financings.
